MAKASSAR, UNDISCOVERED INDONESIA

Sulawesi is a undiscovered piece of Indonesia, especially if you compare it to the islands “nearby” such as Java and Bali. We decided to visit Sulawesi at the end of the high season and at some places there we almost no tourist. When we arrived in Makassar we quickly noticed that we were one of the few tourists. And with a tall guy by my side, quite hard to miss. But as always in Indonesia, we were welcomed with open arms and lots of laughter (and even several serenades). Prepare yourself for the necessary selfies and screaming teenagers.
